How to Export Call Data in vCON Format
KweKwe makes it easy to export your call data in vCON format, either individually or in bulk.
Individual Export
Navigate to your business's Call Logs section
Click on a call to view its details
In the call details panel, locate the "vCON JSON" button (next to the PDF download button)
Click the button to download your call data in vCON format
Batch Export (NEW)
Navigate to your business's Call Logs section
Find the "Download All vCONs" button in the top toolbar
Click the button to download a ZIP file containing all your call data in vCON format
The ZIP file will contain separate vCON JSON files for each call, organized in a folder structure
